Gaucho Heritage &
Modern Passions
At de Sa, each casa (restaurant) expresses a different part of Southern Brazil. Experience rodízio—the continuous tableside service that keeps the feast moving—alongside live-fire churrasco, Serra Gaúcha family cooking, and the acolhimento (warm welcome) that makes a Brazilian table feel like home.
Vila Brazil
Vila Brazil is a relaxed churrascaria built on comida de verdade—honest food, generous portions, and no unnecessary fuss. Our premium cuts are hand-carved in-house and slowly turned over real charcoal, honoring the traditional brasa (live-fire grill) that gives Brazilian churrasco its unmistakable flavor. The feast continues with more than 20 homemade hot dishes, bringing the sabor de casa (taste of home) that defines a true Brazilian almoço.
Casa Pollastro
Casa Pollastro honors the Italian immigrant kitchens of the Serra Gaúcha in Southern Brazil. Our continuous rodízio service meets comforting family recipes in a four-course feast made for sharing. Breads, soups, and pastas are prepared from scratch each day, while our Galeto—a small spring chicken—is marinated for more than 12 hours in herbs and garlic, then roasted until the skin is crisp and golden.
VB Steakhouse
VB Steakhouse is our flagship churrascaria in Arlington, where the fogo (fire) of Brazil meets an elevated dining room. The rodízio is refined but unmistakably Brazilian: hand-carved USDA Prime meats, French-trimmed lamb chops, buttery filet mignon, slow-roasted ribs, and beautifully marbled ribeye. More than 100 wine labels complete a feast built on precision, warmth, and the generous spirit of the Gaucho table.
